Tunisia-Marai: 80% of patients going to emergency departments test positive for Coronavirus

Former health minister Samira Marai said 80% of patients who go to emergency departments are infected with Coronavirus.

She explained that the emergency services of Tunisian hospitals are very congested with the increase in the number of contaminations.

The official warned of the high number of coronavirus patients hospitalized and on artificial respiration, noting in the same context that resuscitation beds in public hospitals and private clinics are becoming increasingly scarce.
