Tunisia-Marzouki calls for the removal of Saied and to prosecute him

Moncef Marzouki announced that “Tunisia is heading for a more severe scenario and the state is bankrupt”. He added that “Prime minister Najla Bouden has visited the Gulf to solicit support and that support will surely be conditional,” he said.

He deemed the referendum that Saied plans to organize “a death certificate for the rule of law and the institutions”. Marzouki again called for peaceful resistance to remove Kais Saied and prosecute him and “his associates” for “carrying out a coup against the Constitution and legitimacy.
