Tunisia – Mechichi launches covid service at Kairouan hospital

Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi launched the COVID service at Ibn Al Jazzar hospital in Kairouan on Monday. The service has a capacity of 40 oxygen beds.

The PM gave his commands to ensure the service of two resuscitation beds.

In the same context, Mr Mechichi pointed out the lack of medical executives, remarking an increase in contaminations.

He, consequently, considered the situation to be critical, thereby calling, to move away from political tensions and to join efforts in order to overcome the crisis.
