Kathir Bou Allegue, a member of the defence team of martyrs Chokri Belaid and Mohamed Brahmi, stated that the decision recently rendered by the court is restricted only to the elements of execution and that the court cannot introduce any new element in the decision against whom referrals from the Department of Impeachments were not issued.
He added that several cases in which charges have been lodged against members of the Ennahdha movement will be heard later.
Bou Allegue underlined that it was the defendants in the assassination case who accused the leaders of the Ennahda Movement of their involvement in the assassination case and that the mission of Bechir Akremi, former prosecutor general, was to cut the connections that unite Ansar al-Sharia and the Ennahda Movement.
