Lawyer Ahmed Ben Hassana reported, this Wednesday, November 22, 2023, that the public prosecutor of the Court of First Instance of Tunis issued an arrest warrant against the Instagrammer Meriem Debbagh, despite the fact that the Instagrammer Hanen El Euch dropped the complaint.
We recollect that the prosecution decided on Monday to place Meriem Debbagh in police custody, following a complaint filed by El Euch for defamation, according to Mosaïque FM.
