The Director General of Competition within the Ministry of Commerce revealed on Saturday that the ministry launched a general audit of all bakeries in the country a few days ago. The purpose is to verify compliance with the regulations, particularly with unclassified bakeries, and to sanction all overruns. But likewise, check the needs assessment of all regions in flour and semolina, to restructure the sector and guarantee the availability of subsidized bread in all localities of the country.
