The Ministry of Commerce reported that 1004 economic violations were registered on the sidelines of 6020 economic control operations organized by 311 specialized teams during the last two days of the month of Ramadan. Several products were seized including:
– 3073 liters of subsidized vegetable oil
-119 quintals of subsidized flour and semolina
-4400 Kg of potatoes -1700 Kg of chilli
– 598 Kg of tomatoes
– 142 Kg of rice
-337 Kg of subsidized sugar
– 30 tons of cement and 5130 bricks
