The Ministry of Commerce reported yesterday, Thursday, January 18, that 589 thousand inspection and economic control visits were conducted out in 2023 during which 87,286 violations were recorded.
Several products were seized including 11,219 tons of cereals, 4,046 tons of semolina, 8,736 tons of vegetables and fruits, 586 tons of subsidized sugar, 202 thousand litres of milk and 211 tons of food products.
