The Ministry of Communication Technologies declared in a press release that access to the National Consultation portal www.e-istichara.tn is free on mobile networks of all operators, and does not need therefore no consumption of mobile data to visit the portal on the internet.
The ministry again specifies that participation requires acquiring a personal password by typing, via a personal mobile phone, *1712#.
