Tunisia-Ministry of Interior: Seizure of several products and arrest of 5 speculators

As part of the campaign of the fight against monopoly, speculation and smuggling, the Ministry of the Interior reported that several basic goods have been seized. This includes 1955 litres of subsidized oil, 406 litres of vegetable oil, 1337 litres of milk, 51900 eggs, 65,431 cans, 8.85 tons of cereals, legumes, 188,272 bottles of mineral water and non-alcoholic drinks, 254,924 packets of cigarettes, 10,970 litres of gasoline (…). The same source added that during this extended economic campaign, five people were taken into custody.
