Tunisia- Ministry of Justice denies existence of list of judges to be dismissed

The Ministry of Justice has denied the rumour according to which there would be a list comprising the names of magistrates who are going to be dismissed.

Via a statement issued on the evening of August 1, 2022, the ministry further emphasised that it reserves the right to prosecute anyone who spread the rumour.
