Tunisia-Ministry of religious affairs stress obligation of Masks and Prayer rug as Mosques are set to reopen

The general director of mosques frameworks and religious monuments at the ministry of religious affairs Sami Guesmi stressed the obligation of wearing masks and bringing prayer rugs as Mosques are set to open its doors to worshipers.

In a statement to Shems FM, he confirmed that Ablution facilities will be closed, hence worshippers will have preform Wudu at home.

He underscored that a health protocol was created in collaboration with health ministry and the Tunisian Occupational Health and Safety Institute.

He called upon worshipers to adhere to regulations as he expressed faith in their awareness.
