Minister of Justice ordered to an investigation regarding comments made by President of the Free Destourian Party (PDL) Abir Moussi on the communication of Some MPs with terrorists placed in Mornaguia and Borj Amri prisons.
The Minister has initiated an investigation based in Chapter 23 of the Code of Criminal Procedures in Moussa’s statements, in which she affirmed that she holds information on the existence of names for jail staff that secure the communication of MPs of one of the political parties with prisoners involved in terrorism-related cases in Mornaguia and Borj Amri prisons in exchange for the enjoyment of these staff with some privileges.
