Spokesperson for Civil Protection Colonel Moez Triaâ announced on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, that the fire that broke out on Monday in the Ennahli Park forest ravaged 16 hectares of the forest fabric.
Triaâ added that the fire has been fully brought under control and that Civil Protection units remain on alert to intervene at any time.
The colonel stated that the final assessment of the damage would be drawn up by the services of the general directorate of forests.
