Tunisia-Mohamed Abbou: Activation of Article 80 is not a coup d’etat

Speaking to Shems FM, Mohamed Abbou announced that the implementation of a constitutional text can in no way be described as a coup d’etat. He evoked that article 80 was the basis of several decisions taken under the presidency of Béji Caid Essebsi.
