Tunisia – Mohamed Abbou files a complaint against Kaïs Saïed

Lawyer and politician, Mohamed Abbou, published, this Monday, on his Facebook page, a copy of the legal complaint he filed with the court of first instance of Tunis, in which he requests the prosecutor to execute the law against anyone, by issuing an arrest warrant for Kais Saïed, and leaving others free not to execute these warrants.

He likewise called on the judges to go on strike to safeguard the judiciary, adding that a few months ago, the magistrates started a two-month strike for illegal reasons and won their case, while now the grounds of their strikes are legitimate.
