Nafaa Al-Aribi, the lawyer of journalist Mohamed Boughalleb, reported that the period of extension of his client’s detention will end tomorrow, Tuesday, revealing that there are two hypotheses for him: either his referral to the correctional chamber or an instruction if the acts with which he is accused constitute a crime.
He added, today on a private radio station, that he recently received a telephone call from lawyer Laila Ben Debba, notifying him that a second inquiry had been opened against his client to hear him in another folder.
Al-Aribi confirmed that he would go to the Al-Aouina division headquarters to inquire about the matter.
