Tunisia-Mohamed Ennaceur summons parliamentary coalitions to a plenary meeting

The President of the Assembly of the Representatives of the People Mohamed Ennaceur has summoned all parliamentary coalitions to a plenary meeting. The official meeting will aim to narrow the divergencies in prevailing views concerning the election of three members for the Constitutional Court. Moreover, the urgent meeting will tackle the election process regarding the Commission of good governance and fight against corruption.

Meeting today, apparent divergence of views befell with Machrou Tounes’s group Al-Horra opposition to Ayachi Hammam who is the popular front and the Koutla’s nominee for the Constitutional Court membership. The sole member to be elected until now is chief magistrate Raoudha Ouersghini.
