Minister of Tourism Mohamed Moez Belhassine paid a working visit to Djerba Island on Sunday, November 6, 2022.
This visit seeks to prospect the activities planned for the winter tourist season and preparations in anticipation of the Francophonie summit, on November 19 and 20.
To this end, the Minister inaugurated the room of the operation and follow-up unit attached to the Ministry of Tourism and which will be responsible for coordinating with the diverse regional and central authorities during the summit.
Belhassine likewise inspected the preparations for tourist units that will welcome guests from the summit. On the other hand, he went to Djerba Zarzis airport to oversee the redevelopment and embellishment work.
