Tunisia-Mohamed Tlili Mansri : Nabil Karoui like any other nominees retain full rights

In an official statement to Tunisie Numérique Member of the Independent High Authority for the Elections (ISIE) Mohamed Tlili Mansri asserted on the functional dependency of the judiciary system in Tunisia, adding the ISIE doesn’t interfere it is exclusive jurisdiction nor the local jurisdiction of the other institutions. Mansri said Tunisia is based on the separation of power.

He added as long as the judicial court has not issued its ruling, Nabil Karoui, like other  presidential nominees, has a independent set of civil rights and fundamental obligations.
