Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,ISIE spokesperson Mohamed Tlil Mansri recollected that the ISIE Council approved the final results of the elections of the National Council of Regions and Districts; and this, after the refusal of all appeals submitted to the Administrative Court.
“Among the members of the National Council of Regions and Districts, there are four members among individuals with specific needs. This is a first in the history of Tunisia,” said Mansri.
Noted that the President of the Republic summons, by decree within 15 days, the members to hold the inaugural plenary session of the Council which will be chaired by a woman to elect a president.
