Tunisia-Mohsen Marzouk: We must restore the presidential regime

Commenting on the appointment of Hichem Mechichi to form the new government, former  President of” Machrouu Tounes,” Mohsen Marzouk declared that it was “necessary to break with the current system entirety and that, the President of the Republic understood this “.

The crisis that Tunisia is going through is due in part to the parliamentary regime that has given the country from failure to failure, he posted on his official page.

What is required is to get rid of the “two-ball party regime” and establish a “democratic presidential regime” with a real balance of powers between parliament and the President of the Republic, he stressed.
