Tunisia – Moknine: He hid the drugs at his elderly neighbor’s house

The security units of the Judicial Police Brigade of Moknine (Monastir governorate) have apprehended a drug trafficker and his accomplices (3 people).

According to the investigations and research conducted in the case, it was discovered that the main suspect in the drug trafficking operation was hiding the drugs in the home of an elderly woman next to his own house.

In coordination with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the mentioned house was searched, where 5 plastic bags of cocaine, 11 pieces of cannabis prepared for sale, and narcotic pills were found.

Upon checking the trafficker’s identity in the automated system, it was found that he was the subject of 20 search warrants for his involvement in judicial cases such as “illegal alcohol sales,” “intentional damage to another’s property,” “theft,” and “faking a crime…”

All parties were arrested after consultation with the Public Prosecutor’s representative, and investigations are still ongoing.
