Tunisia-Monastir: 175 individuals arrested for violating lockdown and curfew

Joints units of security forces, the national guards and the army arrested 175 people in Monastir between March 20 and April 20 for violating the imposed locdown and curfew, reports a security source to the TAP agency.

271 records were issued against citizens for violating the lockdown while keeping them under probation. Moreover,600 driving licence and 312 grey cards were seized in addition to 233 cars as well as 139 motorbikes.

In the field of c crime-fighting and respect for public order, numerous people were detained, 13 wanted people 6 of them are wanted violence and theft they were detained after consultation with the public prosecution.

Another person who has four search warrants was also arrested, he is accused of theft, property damage and possession of Cannabis.
