A unit of the National Institute of Marine Sciences and Technology (French: INTSM) and the COMMON COastal Management and MOnitoring Network for tackling marine litter in the Mediterranean Sea (COMMON) project are preparing to free Thursday two loggerhead turtles (Caretta caretta) in Monastir, the TAP reported.
The movement comes in collaboration with the INTSMTunisian Sea Turtle Rescue Centre, fits within the observance of World Turtle Day 2020 (May 23).
