Tunisia-Mount Boukornine: Fire ravages 4 hectares of trees in “Nino “foret

The civil protection extinguished fires on May 27 that ignited in Mountain Nino belonging to mountain chain Boukornine in Borj Cédria town from Hammam Chott delegation (Ben Arous Governorate), Shems FM reported.

The official spokesperson for the Civil Protection Moez Triaa said on his Facebook Page that flames ravaged four hectares without recording Human loss.

He highlighted that National Bureau of Civil Protection put all the human resources and necessary means to manage the fire and decrease losses, with the participation of 9 fire trucks that were directed from the Regional Administration of Civil Protection in Ben Arous and the Regional Administration of Civil Protection in Nabeul and the specialized unit and forest management.
