Tunisia – MPs consider holding a general session

The vice president of the parliament, in charge of communications, Maher Medhioub, revealed on Sunday that the parliament is in permanent meeting since the start of the last session in October 2020, adding that it is possible to organize a general assembly of the parliament, as soon as the arrangements are made in order to guarantee the required conditions, such as resolving connectivity issues for some Members of Parliament.
Knowing that this session is anticipated to take place remotely, as provided for in the exceptional arrangements made by the parliamentwithin the framework of the covid prevention rules.
