Tunisia- Mustafa Ben Ahmed: Security forces are infiltrated

Tahya Tounes parliamentary bloc leader Mustafa Ben Ahmed condemned the overruns that took place during the demonstration rally that was organized by police unions in Sfax on February 1.

The MP denounced the ideological and “takfirist” talks made by some protesters, believing that this demonstrates that the police are “infiltrated” by extremists.

Without generalizing, the deputy estimated that part of the security officials failed in their duty of impartiality, adding that Tahya Tounes bloc could inquire the formation of a parliamentary commission to investigate the transgressions which took place during this rally.
