Councilman Fadel el-Baroudi announced that the court of the first instance ordered to dissolve all Sulayman municipal committees after the mayor failed to respect the distribution of seats according to obtained rates.
The mayor who is from Ennahda committed violations by failing to grant the chairmanship of some committees without respect to the principle of proportional representation that is established by the law.
He also assured that he will file another a lawsuit nullify all decisions taken by these committees during its term.
