Tunisia – Najla Bouden explains circular n ° 20

The presidency of the government-issued, this afternoon, a press release, to clarify e circular N ° 20 which forbids members of the government from any negotiation with the UGTT, without the approval of Kasbah.

 The presidency of the government explains that the objective of this circular is to improve the coordination of all negotiations between the government and the unions, and does not in any way target union work secured by law. It assured that this circular drives to ensure that all negotiations are transparent and credible.

It added that the aim is, moreover, to avoid financially impossible deals in these crisis circumstances. The government presidency restates its commitment to work in close collaboration with the social partners.
