Tunisia-Namaa case: Jebali and Daâdaâ kept free

Namaa Tounes Affair continues to spark controversy. As such, two former leaders of Ennahdha, Hamadi Jebali and Adel Daâdaâ were kept free. The Indictment Chamber, which specialized in terrorist cases, at the Tunis Court of Appeal has, in fact, refused the appeal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office against the decision of the investigating judge of the anti-terrorist judicial pole to keep certain accused in a state of freedom.

This appeal was rejected for defect of form, reports Mosaique FM radio. Thus, the former prime minister Hamadi Jebali, Adel Daâdaâ and other defendants are affected by this decision.
