Tunisia-Naoufel Amira: Stakeholders were not consulted on rapid test pricing

Private Pharmacy Owners Union Vice-President Naoufel Amira maintained on private radio today that the health ministry had not discussed with involved parties over rapid test prices.

Naoufel Amira stated that the prices fixed by the ministry are too low and do not cover the costs of these tests, stipulating that the cost of the rapid test is rated at 24 dinars while the selling price in pharmacies varies between 14 and 16 dinars.
