Tunisia-Nejib Chebbi: Political forces must overcome divergences (declaration)

Front of national salvation leader Ahmed Nejib Chebbi stated that the results of the second round of the legislative elections confirmed the results of the first round of the elections, which reveal the reluctance of the majority of Tunisians to go to the polls.

In a statement made this Monday, January 30, 2023, to Tunisie Numérique l, Chebbi expressed that these results are a message from the Tunisian people that it is not concerned by the political agenda of the President of the Republic, Kais Saied.

Chebbi emphasised that the ball is today in the hands of society and in the hands of political and civil forces because the time has come to overcome past differences and put the future of Tunisia in front of them, particularly since Moody’s assessed Tunisia yesterday at the last degree before official bankruptcy.
