Today is the 22nd death anniversary of legendary Tunisian anchor Néjib Khattab.
Najib Khattab passed away at the age of 45 following a heart attack. Nicknamed “King of Animation”, he was an indisputable figure on Tunisian television, an unequalled phenomenon, with exceptional talent. He had done almost everything: sports commentator, radio and, of course, television.
His creativity was endless, particularly since he was at the origin of the rise of fame of several Tunisian stars and the Arabic artists such as Mayada Hennaoui, Assala Nasri, Georges Wassouf, Kadhem Essaher, Mahmoud Yassine, Safia Amri, Sophia Sadek, Najet Attia, Amina Fakhet, Adnane Chaouachi, Lotfi Bouchnak.
