Tunisia-Nesrine Lâameri:Answers of environment minister aren’t convincing ,noticed a lot of confusion in his statements

Speaking to Shems FM, Reform coalition MP Nesrine Laamari confirmed that testimonies by the minister of Enviemrent Mostapha Aroui during a hearing session in front of the Administrative Reform and Anti-Corruption Committee in parliament were convincing in regard to cases of imported waste from Italy.” We noticed a lot of confusion in his statements, and there are many questioning points”, the MP said.

The same source stressed that all tests proved the threat of this Italian waste and the obligation to return it to Italy. She further pointed out that Documents concerning this deal were forged.

Asked on the faith of these waste, the MP said that the minister has pledged to prosecute all those involved especially after the involvement of many parties from his ministry.

Finally, she announced that several deputies will head to Sousse to inspect the wastes and the factory, following this a meeting will municipal presidents will take place.
