Qalb Tounes evoked that the measures of July 25, as well as those declared yesterday, form a breach of the Constitution. The bloc revealed that the transitional procedures communicated yesterday to public opinion are equal to the halt of the Constitution and the establishment of a new dictatorship.
It further declined the disruption of the democratic process as well as the concentration of power. It condemned, in the same context, the authorization of intervention in court cases, the media and the organization of associations and organizations with the purpose of establishing an authoritarian regime.
The bloc expressed its bewilderment at the absence of all forms of administrative, institutional, judicial and legislative control reminding that the democratic regime entails the separation of powers. It warned against any drift that could threaten national unity, calling on all parties to uphold the interest of the country and battle against the dictatorship regime.
