Tunisia-Ninth grade national examination kicks off

A total of 27,908 applicants will take the examinations for the Basic general education certificate while another 281 candidates will start tests for the basic technical education certificate.

The exams will take place over two days instead of three, as an exceptional measure to stop contamination from coronavirus infection, according to the Ministry of Education.

The results of the national exam will be published on July 17, according to the same source who indicated that the candidates will be divided into 248 written test centres, noting that 4 centres have been allocated to collect the copies which will be corrected with 5 correction centres. .

The number of candidates this year has doubled compared to the past year, which was approximately 26,457 candidates for the examination of the certificate of basic education and 326 candidates to pass the certification examination for basic technical education.
