Tunisia-Nissaf Ben Alaya concerned on lack of respect for wearing masks

Director of the National Observatory of New and Emerging Diseases Nissaf Ben Alaya repeated her call to the importance of adhering to preventive measures, particularly social distancing, wearing masks and washing hands.

In a statement to the TAP, she pointed out that Tunisia has not yet controlled the COVID-19 pandemic. She stressed that any relaxation In implementing preventive measures will blow up the country effort in fighting COVID-19.

On reducting the self-isolation from 14 to ten days, she remarked that returnees undergo two tests in which the result have to be negative, they complete the last four days at home.
