Tunisia-Nizar Chaari takes legal action against Ministry of Justice

In an official video released yesterday, Tunivisions founder Nizar Chaari condemned the fact of having revealed the full name of his minor daughter on a list of alleged personalities being prosecuted for money laundering.

Considering that this measure seeks to scare him into leaving the presidential race, Chaari remarked that the red line was crossed by implicating his minor daughter, which is why he intends to initiate, according to the video, legal proceedings against the Ministry of Justice and its legal representative, while underscoring such acts on the psychology of its child.

He also requested his lawyer to reach the child protection delegate to call on him to protect his daughter and forbid the sharing of this list on the networks as well as its media coverage.

“Note that the President of the Republic Kais Saïed has nothing to do with these illegal and immoral practices” he declared, calling for the opening of an inquiry into this matter.
