Member of the former Minister of Ennahdha’s Defense Collective Noureddine Khademi, Mokhtar Jemaï, declared that the anti-terrorist brigade was due to audition him yesterday, Friday. But for causes that remain unclear, the brigade asked the postponement of the hearing.
The attorney added that the Defense collective insisted on maintaining the hearing since they were convinced of their client’s innocence and that for this reason, the prosecution decided to select a fairly close date, which is Monday.
The lawyer added that the Defense Committee urges on ending this affair as soon as Khademi covers his rights as soon as possible, including that of travelling outside the country.
