Tunisia-Observatory for Defence of Civil Nature of State warns of a social explosion

The National Observatory for Defence of Civil Nature of State condemned the unjustified slowness in turning the page before July 25 marked by monetary corruption, impunity, political assassinations, the secret apparatus of Ennahdha and dispatching young people to jihad.

It correspondingly expressed concern over the worsening financial and economic crisis in the nation, warning of a social explosion. The same source voiced fear at the infringement of rights and freedoms as well as the usage of police violence against opponents.

According to the press release published on its official page, the Observatory called on the judiciary to play its role while slamming the policy of favouritism and impunity. “

The observatory repeats its call to organize a social dialogue with the participation of all the parties involved except those who have weakened the State in recent years,” reads the same press release.
