Tunisia-Olfa Youssef: I agree with president Kais Saied proposal to change the constitution

Tunisian university professor and  writer  Olfa Youssef  declared that the appropriate time had come to establish the 3rd independent republic as she adequately considered that apparent instability in the country lasted longer in comparison to countries that promptly went through the same experience.
She further acknowledged  president Kais saied proposal to amend the constitution as the parliamentary system sufficiently proved its apparent failure. Moreover, she emphasizes the specific need to equitably distribute powers and carefully secure that presidential jurisdiction is unabused.
