The Ministry of Family, Women, Children and the Elderly has declared the opening of 44 new public kindergartens in different governorates over the past two school years.
In a statement issued this Thursday, August 24, 2023, the department added that it has decided to assign at least 50% of public kindergarten capacity free of charge to children from low-income families, with a growth of this proportion to 70% for certain kindergartens in the priority regions.
