The Terrorism Cases Indictment Chamber of the Tunis Court of Appeal is examining the case related to the sending of networks to conflict zones and terrorism outside Tunisian territory, as reported by Mosaïque FM.
Notably, the inquiry in this case involves approximately 800 people, including leaders of the Ennahdha movement, politicians, businessmen, and former members of the security forces.
The Chamber had formerly initiated the examination of the file, but the proceedings were delayed at the request of the defence for many of the accused, who sought additional time for the consultation of reports.
