The Swiss Federal Council has announced that the asset freezing order in the context of Tunisia will expire in January 2020 as it reaches its maximum statutoryterm of 10 years.
It added that the expiry of the freeze had no impact on other sieges issued by judicial authorities in the context of continuing criminal and mutual legal assistance proceedings
