Tunisia-Othman Jerandi attends UN General Assembly meeting

Minister of Foreign Affairs Othman Jerandi, visited New York yesterday to join the extraordinary meeting of the United Nations General Assembly.

This meeting is similarly dedicated to monitoring the situation in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories, in light of the ongoing attacks by the occupying forces against the Palestinian people.

Mr Jerandi ’s participation is further part of the follow-up to Tunisia’s efforts to halt the attacks against the Palestinian people.

Othman Jerandi will therefore continue to cooperate with the many members of the UN Security Council and international actors to establish peace in Palestine and secure the stability of its people.
