Palestinian journalist Wael Dahdouh arrived this afternoon in Tunis where he was welcomed at the Tunis-Carthage airport by several media outlets and members of the executive office of the National Union of Tunisian Journalists (SNJT).
Dahdouh will give a conference to students at the Institute of Press and Information Sciences (IPSI) on Tuesday, May 28.
During his media coverage of the war in Gaza, Wael Dahdouh lost several members of his family killed in Israeli bombings on the Gaza Strip.
He was transferred from Egypt to Qatar for medical treatment.
