Tunisia-Parliament approves amendment of the Law on Constitutional Court

MPs of the House of People’s Representatives approved with 141 votes in favour 15 against and 10 abstentions, the amendments to the organic law on the Constitutional Court, this Tuesday, May 4, 2021.
It should be noted that the amendment text was referred by the President of the Republic to Parliament, following Article 81 of the Constitution.
