Tunisia-Parliament presidency condemns peace agreement between UAE and Israel

The presidency of the House of People’s Representatives (HPR) has condemned the peace agreement proclaimed last Thursday between the United Arab Emirates and Israel, deeming it a breach of the rights of the Palestinian people.
In a statement issued on Monday, the presidency of the parliament reaffirmed that it holds firmly at the side of the Palestinian people and their just cause, recollecting that Palestine is a “priority cause for the Arab-Muslim world”.
The HPR presidency also repeated full solidarity with the brotherly Palestinian people in their resistance and fight to regain their legitimate rights to establish an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital. The HPR called on Arab Parliaments as well as international parliamentary structures to denounce this peace agreement.
