Tunisia: Part-time teachers will begin day of anger

The General Federation of Basic Education has announced the organization of a day of anger,” during the upcoming winter holidays. This action is planned by substitute teachers who have not been included in the regularization agreement. The protest aims to express dissatisfaction with the Ministry of Education for failing to fulfil its commitment to allow teachers to benefit from one-year employment contracts with a monthly salary of 1250 dinars.
